This course is a representative framework for evaluating organisational progress toward a fully inclusive talent management environment. No organisation will fully achieve maturity or fit neatly into one stage or another. Rather, different programs, processes or activities will reside in different stages of maturity within the same organization. So to some degree, an organisation can inhabit different states of maturity at the same time. Once an organisation has undertaken a maturity assessment, it will be in a better position to make decisions about how and where to invest its resources in improving the inclusivity of its talent management strategy and execution.
