New Starter Supports

New starter supports consists of three phases and is delivered over period of time by default. Support can be extended as required.
 

PHASE 1 (if required)

 

General Neurodiversity Awareness Training 

 

Specialisterne Neurodiversity Awareness Training is targeted towards key people in the employee’s team and/or organisation.

PHASE 2

 

Manager Training & Employee Support Plan

 

a. Manager Training

 

1:1 Training with the neurodivergent employee’s direct line Manager to cover

neurodiversity and management strategies that will benefit individuals on the

spectrum including:​

 

b. Employee Support Plan

PHASE 3

 

Business Enablement - 3 Months

 

Mentoring and coaching for the Hiring/Direct Manager and new/existing

employee with an experienced Specialisterne Consultant - involving coaching 

sessions for the manager & employee.
