Neurodiversity at Work Awareness Training

Our Neurodiversity at Awareness Training is targeted towards all people in your organisation. In this introductory session, we will introduce neurodiversity concepts, highlights strengths of neurodivergent employees, addresses support needs and adjustments, and promotes communication and inclusive workplace structures.

Autism and ADHD at Work Training for Managers and Team Leaders

Duration: 1.5 hours
Maximum number of attendees: 20
Who it is for: Managers and team leaders of neurodivergent staff.

This interactive workshop is designed for Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Buddies who support, lead, or work alongside neurodivergent team members. It builds on foundational neurodiversity awareness training and is ideal for those with some experience navigating neurodivergent workplace needs.

Empowering The Neurodiverse Workforce: Autism and ADHD at Work, for People and Culture, D&I

Duration: 1.5hrs
Maximum number of attendees: 20
Who it is for: HR, D&I, People and Culture staff who are working directly with and supporting managers and team leaders of autistic and/or ADHD staff.

This is an interactive workshop for HR, D&I, and People and Culture staff who are working directly with managers and team leaders of neurodivergent staff members. This workshop is suitable for those who have attended neurodiversity or autism awareness training and have some experience of neurodivergence related needs in their roles.
