Our Neuro-Inclusive Assistance Coaching (NAC) is a confidential coaching service designed for employees and managers to access coaching without the need for disclosure. Acting as an add-on to your EAP, NAC allows organisations to provide coaching without requiring employees to go through internal channels.
Businesses can purchase a package of confidential coaching hours, which neurodivergent employees and managers can access for them as needed. Our secure booking and referral system manages all coaching requests discreetly. Coaching requests come directly through to Specialisterne confidentially to ensure employees can access neurodiversity support independently and in complete confidence.
No need to manage this coaching through a point of contact within your business - we set up a booking referral system and manage all coaching requests confidentially, so there is no need to manage this coaching through your business.
Additionally, we also provide de-identified data insights on the most requested accommodations and adjustments to help your business make informed, proactive decisions based on the data-driven insights to build and foster neuroinclusion in your workplace.
