Francesc Sistach
CEO Specialisterne Global, Director

 

Francesc Sistach is the global CEO of Specialisterne. Father of an autistic girl, he has been involved in various projects related to autism, technology for autistic people, and neurodiversity since 2010. In 2013 Francesc cofounded Specialisterne in Spain, and later opened offices in Brazil, Italy, and Mexico. In 2023, he became the global CEO of Specialisterne.

Prior to this, Francesc worked for 20 years in IT, Document Management/BPO, and management/startups from multiple points of view: IT/BPO services, IT magazines, IT department management, trainer and associate professor in Business and IT, business consulting, investors' search, and mergers and acquisition.
 

In the field of autism, Francesc has co-developed three apps for autistic people and a number of technology courses for autistic people. He has been a board member of two charities devoted to these people.
 

Francesc has a Masters Degree and PhD studies in Computer Science from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, an MBA from Universitat de Barcelona, and a General Management Program from IESE Business School.

Francesc lives in Sant Cugat del Valles, a small town close to Barcelona, Spain.
