Autistic employees are 92% more productive and 48% faster than non-autistic employees (JP Morgan Chase, 2016).

The Autism Advantage Program

In 2019, Specialisterne Australia began conversations with the Department of Social Services (DSS) and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and proposed an opportunity to engage with and build the capacity of employers and recruitment firms to assist them to become autism confident employers. The activities focus on Specialisterne engaging with and identifying a range of employers and recruitment firms in South East Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra and South East

Queensland to better understand the unique skills and traits that people on the spectrum offer, and how these skills and traits may benefit and add value to their workforce.

At Specialisterne Australia we use a unique process to assess potential employees and remove the barriers that disadvantage individuals on the autism spectrum from gaining meaningful employment.
