This role is within the Projects – Delivery division. Role title Project Coordinator (Grade 6) Tenure Full-time, 12-month contract with the option of flexible working hours. Location of role This role is based at 680 George Street Sydney, NSW. Sydney Metro works in a hybrid working environment with the flexibility to work from home and in the office. There will be a requirement to sometimes work from other project locations as needed. Objective The role performs project management coordination and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects in line with established objectives. What you will do The Project Coordinator will work collaboratively with project teams and coordinates the development of project related information for the efficient and on-time delivery of projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Co-ordinate the preparation of project delivery documentation, the development of high-level programs and strategies and monitor all stages of delivery.
Source, collate and compile data and information and prepare project and program reports which requires identifying and collating relevant data from multiple sources.
Co-ordinate the collection and maintenance of project metrics, and organise and participate in site visits and other project-related events.
Provide assistance and support in elements of contract management, including preparing, issuing and responding to general correspondence, including invoice processing and correspondence.
Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project briefs, to support informed decision-making and planning.
Develop presentations, fact sheets and other information documents.
Create, maintain and archive files and documents in accordance with records management procedures, to enable efficient retrieval of information.
